The above article is an update. Her mother went to appeal to keep her out of the psychiatric ward and lost. She will be institutionalized because of her expression of her gender. She will be held until she conforms to male gender and then released to foster care, not her mother who was supporting her.

So while catching up on SPN, I was surprised to hear my two in a half year old cousin scream at the top of her lungs “Hi Cas” right beside my ear.
Her mother is so pissed at me for getting the baby into the show-though thats not my fault. I blame Misha Collins, that wonderful fabulous bastard.
And while I’m at it, said niece loves to say things like “kiss now” whenever Dean and Castiel are in the same scene. How unbelievably awkward it was to explain to her mother that I did not teach said child to love Destiel. Seems like the kid picked up on it herself. (The kid has taste)
